Developing resilience in trauma focused work
“The knowledge, experience and skill displayed from Paula today was incredible. Her expertise and delivery meant the training was engaging and safe. As a team we learnt new skills and ways to support each other and ourselves. The knowledge I gained has supported my continuous professional development and will impact on the families I work with.”
“Paula comes across as very approachable and knowledgeable. Reminded me how important it is to look after ourselves whilst delivering the services we deliver. The articles sent prior to the training really sparked a light bulb moment for me regarding the use of genograms. Would like to explore this area some more. Thank you.”
“Paula really supported me in understanding what secondary trauma can look like as recognising how this happens in the work that we do. The session was very interactive and allowed a lot of space for discussion among ourselves. I would highly recommend the training from Paula her expertise shone through and she was engaging throughout!”
